Delete your account
Last updated 28 August 2026
Doing it yourself, in the app
Open Account in the menu, scroll to Delete your account, type DELETE and confirm. It happens straight away — there is nothing to wait for and nobody to ask.
If you are signed in on this device you can go straight to your account page.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Your account still exists, and you do not need to install anything to close it. Either sign in at app.gullybrands.in in any browser and use the same Account page, or email rishabhsakharkar@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. Emailed requests are completed within 30 days, and in practice much sooner.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in
- Your name, email address and profile picture
- Every photo you uploaded
- Every post and reel you made
- Your brand details — logo, colours, shop name, contact details
- Your credit balance and generation history
All of it, immediately and permanently. There is no recovery period and no backup we can restore from, so please download anything you want to keep before you start.
What is kept, and why
Records of payments — the amount, the date and the reference — are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, currently eight years. These are financial records rather than account data, and they are not linked to your photographs or anything you made.
Your subscription is cancelled with it
If you are on a paid plan, deleting your account cancels the subscription too — whether you subscribed through Google Play in the app or with a card on the website. You will not be charged again.
If for any reason we cannot stop the billing, nothing is deleted and we tell you so. Being unable to close your account is an inconvenience; being charged for a closed one is taking your money, and we would rather leave the account standing than do that.
