Refund Policy

If a generation fails for a technical reason, its credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us and you are never charged for an image you did not receive.

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access and any remaining credits until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you are charged by mistake, or a renewal goes through after you cancelled, email us and we will refund it in full.

One-off credit packs are refundable in full within 7 days of purchase provided you have not spent more than 10 credits from the pack. Partly used packs are refunded pro rata at our discretion.

AI output varies, and an image you simply do not like is not by itself grounds for a refund. That said, if the service is not working as described, tell us and we will make it right.

Email rishabhsakharkar@gmail.com with the email address on your account and the payment date. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
