Terms of Service

Gully Brands is an online tool that generates and edits images using AI models. You upload a photo or write a description, and the service returns generated media. The service is operated from India.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the service.

Generations consume credits. Credits are granted on signup, bought in packs, or included with a subscription. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include any taxes we are required to collect.

If a generation fails for a technical reason, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

You must own the rights to any photo you upload, or have permission to use it. Do not upload photographs of other people without their consent, and do not upload anything unlawful.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to process it, store it for your gallery, and show it back to you.

You own the images you generate and may use them commercially, including on listings, menus and advertising. AI output can contain errors: check every image before publishing it, particularly where it depicts a product a customer will buy.

You may not use the service to create:

• sexual or explicit material
• images of real, identifiable people without their consent
• content that is deceptive, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights
• anything unlawful under Indian law

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

The service depends on third-party AI providers and may be unavailable or slow at times. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
